There's a whole bunch of them for making eyes pop, soft diffusing, burning edges and more!
Just remember with actions - when applying them, less is more. Especially with the eyes... making them sparkle is great, but if you overdo it, you can make your subject look very creepy. Also, vignetting (aka burnt edges) are nice, but only when used sparingly or subtly. Too much and it's overkill.
